1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply between you and Champ Technologies B.V., Keizersgracht 520H, 1017 EK Amsterdam, The Netherlands ("Champ"). By using champhq.ai you accept them.
2. What this site is
champhq.ai presents the Champ platform and lets you join the early-access waitlist or contact us. It is informational: joining the waitlist creates no entitlement to access, pricing, or launch timing, and we may adjust the program as we build.
3. Product descriptions
Screens and demonstrations marked "product impression" illustrate intended behavior and may differ from the shipped product. Statements about the future are intentions, not promises.
4. Your use of the site
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, probing, disrupting, misrepresenting who you are in forms, or unlawful use. We may refuse or remove waitlist entries that abuse the program.
5. Intellectual property
The Champ name, wordmark, Otto character, and all site content are the property of Champ Technologies B.V. or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, except to reference us fairly.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damage from using this informational site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above moves when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
9. Law and forum
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
