Privacy policy.
Short version: this site collects almost nothing. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies — just the details you choose to leave us.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Who we are
Champ Technologies B.V. ("Champ", "we"), Keizersgracht 520H, 1017 EK Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. Questions: privacy@champhq.ai.
2. What we collect
Waitlist. Your name and email address — plus, if you choose to share them, your company and phone number — and the page you signed up from with a timestamp.
Contact form. Your name, email address, message, and — if you choose to share them — your company and topic.
Technical. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) to serve and secure the site. We run no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your own browser.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
We use waitlist data to tell you when your early-access wave opens (consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use contact-form data to answer you (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps, art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We use server logs to keep the site available and secure (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and may be forwarded to an internal notification channel so we see your message. Cloudflare operates globally; transfers outside the EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Cloudflare's data-protection commitments.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist entries: until the early-access program concludes or you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange. You can withdraw at any time with one email.
6. Who we share it with
Only processors that run this site (hosting and form storage, currently Cloudflare) and — if you become a customer later — our own systems. We never sell personal data, and we never use it to train models.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time via privacy@champhq.ai. You can also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above moves and material changes are flagged on this page. We keep it this short on purpose.
