What is Champ?

Champ is an AI orchestration platform. You state an outcome; a squad of Champs plans the work, executes it in parallel, verifies the result, and delivers — inside a governed frame where the decisions that matter come to you.

What exactly is a Champ, a mission, a squad?

A Champ is a specialized AI operator with a role, skills, and scoped memory. A mission is one unit of work: a clear ask, an owner, live status, and a full audit trail. A squad is the set of Champs running a mission together — one makes, another checks.

How is this different from a chatbot or an AI assistant?

Chatbots talk. Champs work. A chat ends with text you still have to act on; a mission ends with the work done — collected, reconciled, drafted, sent — verified by a second Champ and logged end to end.

What are Otto, Champ.HQ and Founder Suite?

Three doors into the same engine. Otto is your personal operator at one desk. Champ.HQ runs squads across your organization. Founder Suite gives founders an orchestrated back office from day one. One account; you never outgrow the platform.

Does Champ replace my team?

No. Champs take the busywork — collecting, matching, drafting, chasing — so your people spend their time on judgment, relationships, and the calls only humans should make. Champs prepare; people approve.

Access & pricing

When can I get in?

Early access rolls out in waves through 2026, based on fit — we onboard teams we can make successful fast. Contact us to get started.

What does it cost?

Champ is sold as software licenses: a subscription plus usage credits for the work your Champs run. You pay for scope and work — never for structure. Exact early-access pricing is shared when your wave opens.

Do I need a technical setup?

No. Otto works right in your screens — even with legacy systems, no integration required. When you want deeper coupling, hooks and integrations are there; organizations can also run missions on their own runners.

Can my whole organization use one account?

Yes. Spaces separate teams and ventures, roles and permissions scope who sees what, and memory is shared exactly as far as you allow — no further.

Trust & security

Where does my data live, and who can see it?

Inside your Space, behind the Six Shields: a prompt firewall, trust tagging, data protection that catches sensitive content before it leaves your boundary, budget enforcement, egress control, and full audit logging. Organizations that want the work to stay on their own infrastructure can run their own runners.

What stops a Champ from doing something it shouldn't?

Four layers. Every mission runs inside a hard budget. Every result is checked by a second Champ before it ships — maker and checker, always separate. Decisions that matter pause and come to you. And everything is logged: who asked, what ran, what changed.

Do my Champs learn from other companies' data?

No. CORTEX — the memory layer — is scoped to your organization, department, squad, Champ, and mission. What your army learns stays yours. There is no cross-customer learning.

What is SOMA?

SOMA is the read-only layer where the platform observes how your organization actually works — patterns in how missions succeed. It suggests; it never silently changes anything.
